Looking for a Nounou in the 2nd Arrondissement

We are a couple (French and English) with 1 daughter who will be 6 months old in September when I need to go back to work. We are looking for a Nounou to look after her from morning till early evening - around 8.30am to 6.30pm, for 3 or 4 days a week. Responsibilities will include taking care of her during those hours and making yourself at home in our apartment. We live in the 2nd arrondissement with lots of amenities close by. We also have a very friendly cat - Celine Dion! We live on the 6th floor with no lift so will need someone who is willing to tackle the stairs.
