Looking for a full time nanny / cleaning helper

We are currently looking for a full time english speaking nanny for our daughter that is 3 years old, and also do some cleaning around the house.
We would need to start as soon as possible.

We are a married couple, french and american, without pets. Non smokers. We live near the Trocadero, 16th.

The hours would be :
- Mon : 9am-1pm (only cleaning / organizing the house)
- Tue : 12-9pm
- Wed : OFF
- Thu : 12-9pm
- Fri : 12am-9pm
- Sat : 8am-5pm

Our daughter Talia-Pearl is everyday at school until 5:15pm. The nanny would spend the first few hours to clean the appartment, iron some clothes, prepare the meal for Talia. … and then pick her up at 5:15 at school until bedtime around 8 pm.

The nanny would also occasionally look after our second child, Lancelot who is 6 months old and has his own nanny.
We also travel (abroad and in france) a few times a year and would need to bring a nanny with us if possible!
