Household Assistant with Childcare Support Needed

We are an international family of four with two young children (daughter 3.5 years starting International School Junglinster in September, son 1.5 years in creche). Both parents work full-time with no immediate family support nearby. At home we speak English, Italian, and Dutch.

What We Need

Someone to handle practical tasks so we can focus on quality time with our kids after school - not to replace us as parents, but to remove distractions that prevent us from being fully present.

Responsibilities

- School/creche pickup (requires driving) and supervise children until we finish work
- Prepare dinner by 18:00-18:30 (primarily for kids, bonus if suitable for whole family)
- Light household tasks: laundry, ironing, tidying as needed
- Flexible support during school holidays (reduced hours, occasionally assisting visiting grandparents)

Requirements

Must have:
- Valid driver's license and comfortable driving
- Fluent English
- Excellent with children - able to build trust with kids aged 1.5 and 3.5 years
- Proactive, independent, reliable

Nice to have:
- Italian or Dutch language skills
- Experience with international families
- Family-friendly cooking skills
