Domestic Support and Household Management Application

I am Shini John, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management of Agro-food and Agribusiness at Audencia Business School in Nantes, with a strong passion for supporting families in managing their domestic tasks. I have previous experience working as an Aide Ménagère (Household Assistant) in Kerala, India, where I assisted in various household responsibilities, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general organization. I was responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in private homes, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and providing care to family members of different ages. I handled daily housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Additionally, I managed laundry tasks including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothes. I have developed excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail, always ensuring that the home environment is neat and welcoming. Furthermore, I am known for my patience, empathy, and sense of responsibility, making me particularly attentive to the needs of the household. My experience also includes using cleaning products and materials safely and reporting maintenance issues promptly. I am available from Tuesday to Friday after 18:30 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00, providing flexibility to meet the needs of the family. I am eager to continue helping families with their domestic needs while managing my academic commitments.
