Experienced Housekeeper - Monaco

Housekeeper Duties:
Cleaning all surfaces in all rooms and glassware, silverware.
Doing the washing and ironing of the household when required.
Making beds and tidying room including dusting, sweeping, hoovering,
mopping
Receiving guests at the house and offering them drinks.
Setting the table for all meals and cleaning up after- including washing plates,
crockery, cookware and kitchen.
Cooking healthy meals for the family.
Organise and tidy the whole house. It must be organised in an efficient and tidy way.
Attending the family and their guests during meals, ensuring everyone has been
served drinks and items are replenished as needed.
Running general errands for the homeowners (i.e. going to the store to pick-up
missing items, pick-up any dry-cleaning, parcels and post from the mail box/post-office; performing and documenting routine inspections of any faults in the house and inform the principal;
Keeping track of all house expenditures while maintaining all receipts and claiming them in a timely manner; coordinating and supervising all maintenance house visits (builders, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, etc.) and ensuring all instructions are followed as per the employer's objectives;
Maintaining the house in the most pristine and organised condition always; pack
and unpack luggage for the family when travelling.
Must be proactive to perform all duties without being told and able to manage time accordingly to fulfil all tasks when required;
Looking after the post that arrives to the house and ensuring payment of all utility bills are paid in due course and to inform the principal of all bills, notifications, invitations, etc. that arrive.
Keeping a list of any items that cannot be solved by yourself and send to the
principal in order for the principal to make any necessary decisions that will keep the house in excellent conditions always;
Inform the employer immediately if anything breaks or gets damaged.
Babysit the employer's children when required.
