Looking for a babysitter Monday- Wednesday and some evenings

Hello! We're looking for someone to help take care of our 3-month-old baby, mostly at home, while I work from home.
Schedule:
• Afternoons, roughly 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (flexible start and end times can be discussed).
Main responsibilities:
• Caring for our baby during this time — feeding, changing, playing, and stroller walks.
• Light household help when the baby is sleeping or playing independently (for example, groceries or light cleaning/tidying up).
In the future: We'd love to find someone who could also occasionally help on evenings or weekends.
