Looking for American babysitter

Hi, we're looking for an American babysitter to handle afterschool for our two daughters Monday to Friday 4.30p to 7.30p. Both have been living 2 years in the US and we want to keep them speaking English. Pickup at school and handling afterschool activities on some of the days in the neihgborhood at walking distance.
