Looking for elderly care

Hello
I am looking for trustworthy person to help me to take care of my wife who has Parkinson syndrome without trembling.
She need help to move and cannot stay alone.
I am out of house two days each week and i need a person féminin from 8 am to 6 pm monday and tuesday and from 10 am to 6 pm from wednesday to friday.
This person has to take care of buying food, prepare meals, and give assistance to every moment. We look for very experimented person minimum 50 years old, for long term care , possibly with driving licence
