I'm looking for a carer near me

I am seeking a dedicated carer to assist my aunt in continuing to live at home near Saint-Léonard, following a recent deterioration in her health due to Parkinson's disease and rheumatoid arthritis. She is English but speaks French, although her ability to communicate in French is becoming more challenging due to her condition. She resides in a beautiful countryside home with a lovely garden and two cats.

The assistance required encompasses all daily living activities, as she has begun experiencing frequent falls and is encountering new difficulties with swallowing. We are hopeful that these issues may improve with speech therapy.

I am currently assessing what working hours and arrangements would be suitable for all involved. The health condition of my aunt, as well as the recent changes, is known to relevant social services and medical professionals. She has friends in the area, but no close family members. My aunt is currently hospitalized but is expected to be discharged very soon. An occupational therapist will evaluate her home and suggest necessary adjustments.
