Carer for stroke victim in family house

We are looking for a carer for our 80 year old English mother who suffered a severe stroke this year leaving her paralysed on the left hand side. She is now living at home after almost 6 months in hospital.

We need to either fill 2 part-time positions, or one full-time (potentially live-in) position. Rates between 15€ and 18€ / hr gross.

Mum's personality:
- Great sense of humour, fun, very sweet, compliant and grateful, very social and has many friends who visit frequently
- Speaks French but is slightly more reluctant to try with age
- Enjoys many TV shows and audiobooks, and reading (though struggles a bit with reading one handed)
- Can get depressed with her disabilities (more awareness as she improves).

Mum's condition:
- Generally compos-mentis but struggles.
- Occasional confusion as to where she is, often this is connected to dreams she hasn't woken up from.
- Improving mentally and physically (memory, awareness, and very gradual gain of function with left side)
- Needs her left side to be stimulated as much as possible
- Strict dietary requirements (thickened drinks - 1.5l a day, and wet-mashed food)

We have many existing support systems in place (which will remain so):
- carers coming twice a day for toilet, hygiene, dressing and hoisting in/out of bed/wheelchair
- physiotherapy twice a week
- nurse check in once a week
- general care plan (prescriptions, dietary requirements, exercise routines, socialising)
- organised stocks of meds, toiletry and cleaning materials

Requirements:
- Pad changes (2 or 3 times a day - in particular the evening at 7pm and 10pm), daily bed bath and general hygiene
- Giving meds according to prescriptions
- Regular meal preparation and assistance with feeding
- Moving around the house in a wheelchair, using a hoist for bed/chair transfers
- Laundry and cleaning in mum's room
- If living-in, must respond to calls in the night
