Help 94 year old with daily functioning

J'écris ce message pour mon père (je suis son fils Marc et je vis aux États-Unis) ; il a besoin d'aide pour certaines tâches du quotidien, notamment les courses, le rangement de la maison, l'entretien du domicile et, éventuellement, les trajets pour se rendre à des rendez-vous. Il vient de sortir de l'hôpital et ce besoin concerne tout particulièrement le mois à venir, même s'il est probable que cela se prolonge. Il a toujours été autonome, mais un changement récent a considérablement réduit son énergie et sa mobilité.

I am writing this for my father (I'm his son Marc, who lives in the USA), and my father needs help for some daily functioning including, but not limited to, shopping, putting things away in the house, shopping, help around the house, possibly driving to appointments. He is just out of the hospital and the need is especially for the next month, but is likely to continue. He has been independent for his entire life and there has been a change of late that has made his energy and mobility much less.
