Housekeeper wanted

Hello,
I have just moved into an apartment in Beausoleil and I am looking for occasional help with cleaning. For the first time, I would need a general cleaning (washing the floors, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen) as well as ironing clothes, unpacking them, and arranging them in the wardrobe.
Do you work in this area, and what is your hourly rate?
Also, is English fine for communication?
