Experienced babysitter looking to help!

My name is Ella, I am 17 years old and I absolutely love working with children. I believe i am naturally good at connecting with children. I enjoy having fun, being creative and overall creating a happy environment where they feel safe with me. I am energetic and love being active with children, but I also know when to be calm and supportive. I previously volunteered at a primary school for 6 months and I loved spending time with children and helping them with their schoolwork. I also have babysat some of my previous neighbours children. I love planning fun and creative activities such as arts and crafts, physical games or any educational purpose work. I believe it's important to build a bond and be fully involved to create a positive environment.
